I received one of those e mails that are forwarded around about what time of the day is best to take a baby aspirin for heart therapy. It stated before one goes to bed. Question is: is this true?
I have always taken mine when I go to bed aspirin heart therapy(and keep them on the night stand).

taking an aspirin before you go to bed isn't really the best idea in the world because your stomach usually isn't aspirin heart therapyfull and aspirin can cause ulcers, I suggest taking an aspirin with your breakfast in the morning and always make sure to drink some milk with it trust me it will help save your stomach on a long term aspirin regimen like that.
