I'm recovering from leg surgery, except for drug side effects, what could cause an "under skin" itch sensation anywhere pressure is applied to my skin. Like while sitting, my back itcheitching sensation under skins. Lay on my side, my side later itches. Where my watch was itches.
A possible cause may be the laundry detergents you are using. Most contain perfumes and ingredients that can cause an allergitching sensation under skinic reaction (itching).

Many watches/jewelry contain nickel which can cause itching in those with sensitivities. Rubber/plastic straps may contain latex which could be another cause.
