i got an a website called "justanswer", to get information from a "real expert" about bipolar disorder. i agreed to paying $20 to the expert for helping me. when i was done with the website and checkjustanswer scamed my bank account, they had taken out an ADDITIONAL $29!!! they said they would not charge me unless i accepted the answer. i googled the website and all i saw was complaints and that the whole website is a scam. my qjustanswer scamuestion is, has this happened to any of you and is there a way to get your money back?
Probably a scam. Nothing you can do. You agreed to it and probably didn't read some section of the fine print.
