is the most used free file sharing site. make sure you have anti virus running before swapping any files. the free edition of avg available from does a good job. once you have installed limewire do a search for limewire pro. then install this and delete the original. pro is faster.
I had Limewire on my pc and it was woefully slow .Iwould not recommend it to any one .they deliberately slow it to get you to buy
turbo version .An old trick that they all use .

go to limewire basic/free and download limewire pro.. it works trust me..

but i'm strongly recommending BitComet for a better, safer and more comprehensive peer to peer (P2P) file sharing program.
your best bet is not lime wire as every thing on there is basically crap or viruses. i use the new ares 2007. it looks and performs better. its background is winfree limewire 2007 downloaddows media player 11 and it will play anything you download. i jus searched for it on google. if any sites ask for ur email and name dont bother keep looking till you find one that jus downloads. you can also download torrent files with the ares 2007 which makes it a whole load better as its faster than bittorent. have fun and keep sharing

u can get it on limeire. Just search
go to www.limewire.com and opt for the basic program, not the pro
