how to uninstall adobe 10I can't uninstall Adobe flash player 10 active x from my windows 7 internet 64

I tried to uninstall it from control panel but isjust won't let me.
every time i try to uninstall adobe flash player 10 active x and adobe flash player 10 activex 64-bit.
it says this program will remove adobe flash player from your computer. Quit Uninstall.
The instaler will automatically continue when these conflicting applications are closed:
and a red circle with a red line through it says internet explorer.

it just wont let me uninstall it can any one help me step by step how to uninstall it
